Frequently Asked Questions
My dedicated floor coaching shifts are Monday mornings (6 AM–12 PM) and Wednesday evenings (3 PM–9 PM). I’m often in the gym other times, but I’ll likely be working with private clients, so please respect their sessions. If you see me around, feel free to say hello—I’m here at least five days a week.
Your weekly program will be published every Sunday, ready for you on Monday. If you ever need adjustments, just let me know and I’ll make changes as quickly as possible.
Yes, I offer one-off private sessions based on my schedule. I have a near-full roster, so midday is usually best, but let’s talk and find a time that works for both of us.
We’ll connect at least once a week, ideally during one of my floor coaching shifts. If that’s not possible, message me anytime through the CoachRx app and I’ll respond within 24 hours. We can also set up video calls if needed.
My approach integrates functional training and strength-building exercises to lay the groundwork for long-term health, resilience, and self-reliance.
