    • Open Gym – Full access to the facility with the freedom to follow your own program. Includes one InBody scan every 4 weeks.
    • Flex Coaching – Everything in Open Gym plus a personalized program, ongoing feedback, accountability, and nutrition/lifestyle guidance.
    • Focus Coaching – Our most hands-on option. One-on-one training with a coach following a fully individualized plan. Includes everything in Flex Coaching with the highest level of support.

    If you’re new to strength training, we recommend starting with a coach. Open Gym is best for experienced lifters (5+ years training) who can follow structured programs independently.

    We cap our membership so the gym never feels overcrowded. Even at peak times (weekday mornings/evenings and Saturday mornings), you’ll rarely see more than 10–15 people training. Most of the time it’s between 5–10, and with 3,000+ sq. ft. of space, there’s always room to move.

    Open Gym is capped at 30 members. If demand exceeds that, we’ll create a waitlist to keep the gym comfortable and coaching-first.

    Open Gym memberships can be canceled with just one week’s notice, while coaching programs require at least two weeks since more planning and work goes into each client’s program.

    We have private showers available for all clients, stocked with body wash and shampoo. There’s rarely ever a wait. Just bring your own towel.
