    Let's GET PHYSICAL

    Step 01

    Talk to brian

Start with a friendly 30 minute discovery call with Brian, the owner. You’ll discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and schedule. Together we’ll determine the best coaching path and set clear expectations for your first month.

    Step 02

    1-on-1 Assessment

Meet your coach for a 60 minute assessment. You’ll review your goals and lifestyle, complete a body composition scan, and go through a movement screen to identify any pain, imbalances, or limitations. Your coach will use this to design a personalized strength and lifestyle program.

    Step 03

    STart Training

Once your program is built, you’ll begin training in private sessions or in a flexible, coach-supported open gym environment. Your coach will guide your progress, adjust your plan as life happens, and keep you connected through our coaching app.

Yes, we maintain a comfortable temperature year-round to ensure a conducive workout environment.

Clients are matched with coaches based on their goals, experience, and personality during the initial discovery call. This pairing is refined during the first one-on-one assessment to ensure the best fit between client and coach.

The average client trains at Physical Culture two to four times a week. We focus on intentional, meaningful sessions rather than quantity, ensuring each workout optimally contributes to our members’ goals.

At Physical Culture, our peak hours are when the gym is most active, and our floor coaches are highly engaged in coaching clients:

    Monday to Thursday: 6 AM – 9 AM and 5 PM – 8 PM
    Friday: 6 AM – 10 AM
    Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM

During these times, you can expect our coaches to be actively walking the floor, assisting with exercises, providing tips, and ensuring safety and proper form.

Off-peak hours offer a quieter gym experience but with more accessible coaching:

    Monday to Thursday: 9 AM – 12 PM, 3 PM – 5 PM, and 8 PM – 9 PM
    Friday: 3 PM – 7 PM
    Sunday: 9AM – 1PM

During off-peak times, coaches may take on a more passive role. They might be working on their own workouts, programming, or taking meal breaks. However, they are always available for questions, support, and safety oversight. This balance allows members who prefer a less crowded environment to still receive high-quality coaching and support, tailored to their needs.

Aim to see your personal coach on the floor at least once a week. You can message your coach anytime via the CoachRx app, with responses guaranteed within 24 hours. We also recommend scheduling a check-in every 4–6 weeks to review your progress with an InBody scan and discuss your journey. For added support, you can arrange Zoom or in-person meetings to stay on track and fine-tune your program. Regular communication ensures your training and goals stay aligned.

Your workouts are delivered through the CoachRx app with detailed descriptions and videos to help you prepare and feel confident. Log your results and share feedback so your coach can adjust your plan to fit your goals. The more you share, the better we can help!

Absolutely, switching coaches is permitted if you feel another coach might be a better fit. We handle such transitions with care to maintain professional standards and personal boundaries.

For most clients, we emphasize a habit-based strategy that focuses on the fundamentals:

    • Are you eating enough protein?
    • Drinking enough water?
    • Getting quality sleep?
    • Choosing mostly unprocessed foods?

These small, impactful changes form the foundation of long-term progress. For clients who prefer a more detailed approach, we can design full macronutrient plans and track progress using apps like Cronometer, MyFitnessPal, or MacrosFirst. While effective, this level of precision can be challenging to sustain long-term, so we encourage balance and flexibility.

Our ultimate goal is to help you build habits that feel effortless and sustainable, empowering you to thrive both in and out of the gym.

Yes, through our partnership with GoNutre, meals can be delivered to the gym or your home with a 40% discount using the code physicalculture.

Sessions must be used within the four-week cycle they are purchased; otherwise, they expire without refund.

Private sessions should be utilized at least once per week, except in cases of travel, injury, or personal reasons. For example, a 5-pack of sessions should ideally be completed within 5 weeks, and so on. We’ve found that the ideal frequency for private sessions is at least 2 per week, supplemented by open gym workouts to round out the training week. This approach allows clients to work closely with their coach while gradually learning how to train independently.
